Pandora 3Meet Pandora, the newest member of the Wilmington Lady Fitness team and our new Weight Loss and Wellness Coach. Not only is Pandora a Cooper Institute Approved Wellness Coach trained in Weight Control Strategies and Coaching Healthy Behaviors; she is also very experienced in the fight against obesity. Once weighing 420 lb. Pandora maintains an impressive 260 lbs. of weight loss post bariatric surgery through fitness, healthy eating and long term lifestyle alterations.

Pandora is passionate about helping others lose weight through healthy lifestyle changes, and finding the balance between physical fitness, nutrition and wellness. Author of DesperatelySeekingSlender.com, a weight loss oriented blog about her own journey from being morbidly obese to being a half marathon runner, Pandora is an amazing source of inspiration, motivation and support for anyone that needs assistance with their weight loss journey.

A combination of low intensity cardio and strength training geared towards weight loss inspired exerciser with 50-100 lbs to lose. Includes personal coaching with a focus on form and movement based on the fitness level of each participant. Consultations with coach prior to participation.
