our-staffHi, my name is Krista Autry. My husband Brian and I are the owners of Wilmington Lady Fitness, located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

We are both avid exercise enthusiasts and professional personal fitness trainers. We have worked exclusively at getting women results from their fitness programs for more than 10 years.

Over the years, we have seen many different exercise programs, health clubs, and weight loss diets come and go. We understand what it takes to get fast, permanent and HEALTHY results with exercise.

Since opening our club in 2001, we have become totally convinced that our women’s only club is the best atmosphere for ladies to exercise and get results.

Our club provides a clean, comfortable, and positive place for women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels to workout.

We design programs that are fast, fun, and effective! We will personally build you a plan to get the results you want. We would like to invite you to try us and see why we have been the leader in fitness for women.

PandoraPandora Williams

Cooper Institute Approved Wellness Coach

I’m Pandora, and I am the new weight loss and wellness coach here at Wilmington Lady Fitness. I decided to join the fitness industry after losing 260lb. through fitness and exercise post bariatric surgery. Having once weighed 420lb., my experiences have inspired me to help others that struggle with obesity utilizing healthy lifestyle changes. I am a Cooper Institute approved Wellness Coach, trained in weight control strategies and coaching healthy behaviors. When I am not working at the front desk, doing wellness coaching sessions or leading Weight Loss Boot Camp here at the gym; I enjoy running, training for half marathons, walking my dog, listening to music and writing about life after weight loss on my personal blog DesperatelySeekingSlender.com.


Hollie Everhart

Hollie has been a member of Wilmington Lady Fitness for many years. Recently she earn her personal training certification with the American Sports & Fitness Association. Hollie is a great motivator and a lot of fun to work with. If you have any young female athletes in the family that need some additional conditioning work then you may want to contact her. She’s highly involved in youth athletics as a coach in lacrosse. Anyone who knows Hollie knows she likes to work hard on the strength training and is super fun to work with.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Kayla Palm

My name is Kayla, I go by Kayla or Kay! I am from Minneapolis, MN. I studied Kinesiology and Health at Iowa State University in Ames, IA GO CYCLONES. From there, I did an internship at a Weight loss and Wellness resort down on Hilton Head Island, SC. I have always wanted to live on the coast and decided that I never wanted to go back to the tundra (MinneSNOWta is what we call it back home). I worked at the resort for 16 weeks. I fell in love with helping others achieve goals, lose weight, and build their self-confidence. I hope to one day open my own gym and am utilizing my early 20’s to learn as much as I can and gain as much experience as I can. I love my puppy more than anything in the world, have played volleyball my entire life; I love running on the beach, and of course exercising! I found my niche to be working with women after being at my internship and learning about the struggles women face with insecurities in the gym. My dream is to make an impact in this world by using my passion to create a ripple effect of empowering women, one day at a time. I struggled with weight in college, and when I found a trainer who never gave up on me, I decided that I wanted to be that type of trainer to others! I look forward to seeing your faces and meeting you all individually!
