We are a place for women to balance the world around them, somewhere you can focus on yourself without the distractions of daily obligations, while in the company and comfort of other women such as yourself.

Club Hours

Monday – Thursday: 6am – 8:30pm
Friday: 6am – 7pm
Saturday: 8am – 4pm
Sunday: 1pm – 4pm

Member Workouts and Programming

As a new member of our club we understand that you may need assistance with starting and maintaining your workout program. Every new member receives a complete workout orientation to the club’s equipment, its proper use and an explanation of the guidelines to your program. We will make adjustments to your program based on health, medical limitations, injuries or fitness goals. We will review and update your workout program every month by appointment.

Monthly Total Body Workouts

Every month we post a new workout program using a variety of training variables. Our members can watch our workouts on our Workout Zone page. We record the workouts on video and our staff is prepared to train you personally on the month’s workout.

Cardio Equipment

We offer Elliptical Trainers, Treadmills, Recumbent Bikes, Upright Bikes, Spin Bikes and Stair Steppers for your cardio program. In addition, our members enjoy using our Personal Training Studio’s equipment including Agility Ladders, Bosus, Ketttlbells, Steps, Training Ropes and more. We are prepared to teach you the variety of ways to maximize the use of our equipment.

Resistance Training

Resistance Training, also termed weight or strength training, is one of the most important aspects of your fitness program. Strengthening your muscles not only increases tone but prevents and rehabilitates injuries, speeds up the metabolism and helps weight loss. It also improves mobility, balance and coordination as we get older. Our club has dumbbells, barbells, machines (specifically designed for women) and CORE/functional training equipment.

Group Exercise Classes

We offer 30 group exercise classes a week. Most classes can be attended by all fitness levels and abilities. Our staff would be glad to assist you in choosing which class works best for your goal. We offer cardio based classes like Interval Training, Step, Zumba, Spin, Kickboxing and Golden Girls, sculpting and strengthening classes like Body Blast, Pilates, and mind-body classes such as Yoga.


It’s so important for moms to have some time to themselves. We offer supervised childcare while you workout in a bright, fun, spacious and friendly area. You can work out in confidently knowing that your child is only a few feet away playing. We have a one way window you walk by to check in on occasion without disrupting his or her play time. Our daughter loves it and is there almost every day!

Personal Training Studio

Some of our clientele would like some more personal training time with and without a trainer. Our club offers 1500 sq. feet of open workout space with all the latest bells and whistles that a private training studio has. You can stretch out, foam roll, run agility exercises and even workout to one of our training videos.


We also offer a quick and powerful 10 minute stand up tanning bed for optimal bronzing.

Infrared Sauna Therapy

If you haven’t heard about infrared heat, it has more benefits that we can list here; weight loss, detoxification, pain management and more… The sauna is fantastic after a good work out.
