one-on-oneWilmington Lady Fitness’s personal training department will work with any fitness level and ability. Our trainers are skilled in weight management, nutrition, post rehabilitation exercise, postural realignment and more. We have been personal training since 1998 and have worked exclusively in women’s fitness for over 13 years!

One on One personal training is great for those who want or need the undivided attention of their personal trainer. We are available to train for single sessions to help build our clients training programs or for on-going training for those clients needing motivation and accountability.
