Wilmington Lady Fitness is proud to present a weight loss and fitness solution that is fun, motivating and easy on your purse strings. Metabol-X combines the metabolism boosting effects of weight training with the fat burning effects of cardio intervals into one great group training session. By working out in small groups of 5-10 other ladies with similar goals and abilities you significantly cut the cost of the traditional private personal training sessions. Most of our clients tell us they actually prefer to workout with others because it’s more fun and motivating. Working out with others creates a support network within our program.

Metabol-X offers a convenient training schedule that will fit almost any busy women’s schedule. If your a busy mom and need childcare, most of our training sessions offers childcare. Maybe you have a demanding work schedule and need to workout early before your day starts or you need to wipe away the stress of sitting in front of a computer all day, we have sessions before and after work too!
